Setting Up a ReadyNAS

This is a video which gives a detailed information on how to set up a Ready NAS device to your system. The following are the steps which you need to follow while setting up ReadyNAS.
Step1: If you have a diskless unit ie, if u don’t have any disks you need to install the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) first. The only instrument you may need is a screw driver to fix the disks. Seagate drives are the recommended. First thing you need to do is plugging in the disk trays into your ReadyNAS

Step2:Here you need to connect the ReadyNAS to your Systems Network.

Step3: After connecting the Ready NAS to your system’s network you may need to undergo the task of configuring the ReadyNAS which is very important part to get your ReadyNAS work. You may refer the user manual in performing this task of configuring
After you are done with the task of configuring the ReadyNAS you can hook up,load your file and enjoy….:-)
